Kendall got really ill, missing several days of school, and Julie and Haley helped her with her homework, but Kick feeling bad for her decided to help by coming to stay with her to help her feel better with Haley as his sidekick nurse, and accompanied by Hansel.

 I did a similar thing with Beatrice and Ronaldo, but there Ronaldo was a nurse instead of a doctor. Here (it seems to me that) Kick's not a nurse because it'd ruin his reputation.
